Robert Jones brings 25 years of experience as an international educator and leader in International Baccalaureate schools around the world, including Tanzania and Jordan. Mr Jones was most recently the Principal of an IB World School in Peru. He is from Great Britain and also has a background in Education for Sustainable Development. He received his BA Honours and PGCE from London and his Masters from Ottawa, Canada.
MARTINE JONES Vice Principal and PYP Coordinator
Martine Jones, who is originally from the south of France, has been an international educator for 25 years, working in international schools across Africa, South America, Asia and the Middle East. For the last 15 years Martine has worked in International Baccalaureate schools at various stages of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) authorisation process. In her last position in Peru, Martine supported the school through their successful authorisation in her role as PYP Coordinator. She is a strong believer in using the PYP’s approach to teaching and learning to motivate students to make the world a better and more peaceful place.
MATTHEW GREEN Business Manager
Matthew’s 28-year career in the media industry has provided him with a strong background in business, economics and humanitarian subjects. He is a hands on entrepreneur who has started several businesses of his own and managed successful companies in both the commercial and non-profit sectors.
In 2015 Matthew worked as a volunteer at the Vientiane International School where he increased his knowledge of the International Baccalaureate educational system and learned the intricacies of managing a school environment. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Management and Legal Studies.
SAYYID MOHAMED AL SAID Director
Sayyid Mohamed Al Said is an entrepreneur and founder of a number of successful businesses in Oman. He is a Mechanical Engineer and earned his Executive MBA from the United Kingdom. He spent 10 years of his career as an engineer with Petroleum Development Oman on sustainable and enhanced oil recovery technologies prior to embarking on his business endeavours. He is married and the father of three children.
